Agreement
By creating an account or using Upmonora you agree to these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the URLs you ask us to monitor. You must have the right to monitor them.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew each billing period until cancelled. Plan limits (monitors, intervals, retention) are enforced by the service.
Service availability
We work hard to keep Upmonora available but provide the service "as is". Monitoring results and AI insights are informational and may not detect every outage.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
